She has built teams and operational processes from the ground up, with her work recognised nationally by a leading global technology organisation. Emma is known for bringing structure, clarity and a strong people‑first approach to everything she does.
At Inflection Point, Emma is Operations Director and EOS Integrator, with responsibility across finance, HR, compliance, and business optimisation. Her remit includes ISO 27001, B Corp progression, and coaching teams through the EOS framework to help turn vision into reality. She thrives on solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and doing the right thing for people, customers and the environment.
Outside of work, Emma is a former Brown Belt kickboxer, enjoys horse riding when time allows, and can often be found walking her golden lab, Prince, or spending time with her daughter.
