The text you type is masked before it leaves your browser, so what you enter into a form isn't captured in a recording. We don't use these recordings to identify you, and we don't try to match them to an enquiry you've sent us.

None of this runs until you accept it on our cookie banner, and you can turn it off at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" at the bottom-left of any page. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie involved.

Information We Collect From Other Sources

Sometimes we hold business contact information that you didn't give us directly. Where we run B2B marketing campaigns, we obtain business contact details from licensed third-party data providers who supply information about companies and the people who work at them.

When this applies to you, the data we hold is limited to business contact information: your name, your work email address, your job title, and your employer's name and details. We don't buy or use special category data (things like health, ethnicity, or political views) for marketing.

We use this information to contact you about our services where we believe they're relevant to your role and your organisation. We rely on legitimate interests as our lawful basis for this (see "Legal Basis for Processing" below). You can object at any time, and every marketing email we send includes a one-click way to opt out.

Where you've accepted analytics cookies, Google (for Google Analytics) and Microsoft (for Clarity) process that website usage data on our behalf. Both act as our processors under contracts that limit what they can do with it. If you decline, neither of them receives anything.

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Google and Microsoft both handle the analytics data described above this way.

When personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards the UK GDPR requires. Both providers are certified under the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and our agreements with them include the standard contractual clauses approved for UK transfers. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise your data.

Where we hold business contact data obtained from third-party providers for marketing, we retain it only for as long as our licence to use it remains valid, and we remove details of anyone who opts out or objects.
