Sean Boyd

Sean has extensive MSP experience and a strong background in leading teams and service desks at scale. Having managed 40 engineers and over 600 clients, he brings a wealth of insight into delivering technical excellence to achieve business outcomes, while keeping clients happy.

At Inflection Point, Sean’s remit covers everything from supporting critical escalations to security oversight, presales, managing strategic accounts, solution design, recruitment, and process improvements. He thrives on shaping roadmaps, driving efficiency, and ensuring clients get the best from their IT.

Outside of work, he’s a petrol head with a love for Land Rovers and in a past life he was once a trained scaffolder (despite never putting up a single scaffold!).
