Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 29 September 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use our website, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll help you get what you need.
This statement covers inflectionpoint.uk. It doesn't cover our client support portal or our remote support tool.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. WCAG is the international standard for making websites work for disabled people, and AA is the level most organisations work to.
Right now the site is partially compliant. Most of it meets the standard, but we haven't finished testing it, and we know a few things still need work. We fix problems as we find them.
You should be able to use the whole site with just a keyboard, and skip straight to the main content from the top of any page. You can switch between light and dark mode, and if you've turned on "reduce motion" on your device, the site stops its animations.
Some parts of the site come from other companies, such as our Trustpilot reviews, YouTube videos and the page for booking a call. We can't always change how those work. If one gives you trouble, get in touch and we'll help another way.
Report a problem or ask for another format
If part of our site doesn't work for you, or you need something in a different format, let us know. Tell us what you need and we'll find a way. You don't have to tell us why.
- Email: hello@inflectionpoint.uk
- Phone: 01242 346 088
We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you're not happy with how we've responded, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). They give free advice on discrimination and equality. Visit equalityadvisoryservice.com or call 0808 800 0082.
