The challenges aren't the same in a charity as they are in a law firm, a fintech or on a construction site. We shape our IT support around the way your sector actually works and the rules it has to meet, so the help you get fits your world rather than a generic template.

IT THAT UNDERSTANDS YOUR SECTOR

IT support that understands your sector

Good IT support starts with understanding the business it's supporting. A charity watching every pound, a financial firm facing an audit, a law firm guarding client confidentiality and a construction company wiring up a site cabin all need something different. We've spent years learning what each sector needs, so we bring that understanding to the table from day one.

WHY IT MATTERS

What difference does sector experience actually make?

Plenty of providers say they work with your industry. What it means in practice comes down to three things you can test.

The first is software. Every sector runs on something specialist, whether that's a case management system, an estimating package or a CRM built for advisers. A provider who only knows Microsoft 365 will hand you back to the vendor the moment that software misbehaves, which is exactly when you need help most.

The second is compliance. The evidence an SRA-conscious law firm needs, the questionnaire an institutional partner sends a fintech and the assurances a funder wants from a charity all come out of your IT setup. A provider who has answered those questions before will save you weeks.

The third is how the work actually happens. Fee earners bill by the hour, so a delay costs money directly. Site teams work in places a standard broadband line won't reach. Charity staff often share one laptop between two roles. Knowing that shapes what good support looks like before anyone raises a ticket.

WHERE WE WORK

Supporting businesses across the UK

We're based in the South West and work with businesses right across the UK, from small teams to organisations of several hundred people. Most of what we do is delivered remotely, so where you're based makes little difference to the service you get, and we come onsite when a project or a conversation genuinely calls for it. COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work with the sectors listed on this page?

No. Those are the sectors where we have the deepest experience, and they're where most of our clients come from. We also support renewables businesses and a range of other professional services firms, and the way we work doesn't change.

What difference does sector experience actually make?

Three things. Your provider knows the specialist software your business runs on instead of handing you back to the vendor. They've answered the compliance questions your clients and regulators ask, so evidencing your controls is quicker. And they understand how your people work, which changes what good support looks like day to day.

We're in a regulated industry. Can you help us evidence our IT controls?

Yes. Most of what an auditor, funder or client questionnaire asks for comes out of your IT setup, so we document what's in place and give you answers you can hand over. We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 through UKAS and Cyber Essentials Plus ourselves. See cyber protection and compliance.

What size of business do you work with?

We mainly support organisations from around 10 to 500 staff, across sectors including legal, fintech, construction, renewables, charities and professional services.

Do you support businesses outside the South West?

Yes. We're South West based with UK-wide reach. Most support is delivered remotely, so your location makes little difference to how quickly we can help, and we travel for onsite work where it earns its place.

How much does IT support cost?

It usually works out as a monthly figure per user, shaped around what your business needs rather than a fixed package. A short discovery call is the quickest route to an accurate number, and it costs you nothing.

We already have an IT provider. How difficult is it to switch?

Less difficult than most businesses expect. We take over in stages so nothing goes dark, plan around your calendar, and handle the conversation with your outgoing provider if you'd rather not have it.

How do we get started?

It starts with a short discovery call. We learn about your business, point you to the best first opportunity and suggest a practical next step, with no obligation.
