Our J.E.D.I. Commitment
Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
We want Inflection Point to be a place where people can genuinely be themselves. Not just tolerated but genuinely welcomed.
That's what JEDI means to us in practice. Less acronym, more a way of working.
Why It Matters
Diverse teams make better decisions. Inclusive cultures keep good people around longer. And frankly, businesses that treat fairness as a core priority tend to be better places to work. We're on the road to becoming a B Corp-certified business, and this sits right at the centre of what that means for us.
What We Stand For
Fairness and respect for everyone, full stop. Equal access to opportunities; whether that's a new role, a development programme, or a shot at progression. A culture where people feel safe to say what they really think. Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or anything that makes someone feel they don't belong here. And the same expectation from the partners and suppliers we work with.
How We Make It Real
We run an active JEDI action plan with named owners and regular check-ins. We use what our people tell us to improve things. Policies get reviewed, not just filed. And we try to make inclusion part of everyday decisions rather than something that only surfaces in annual reviews.
Who's Accountable
Our Senior Leadership Team leads this, with the Operations Director, Emma Carter holding oversight. Progress gets reviewed regularly, because "we'll get round to it" isn't good enough.
Reviewed annually as part of our ongoing B Corp journey.
