Dan has been in the IT industry for ten years after leaving the world of cheffing behind. Having started as a junior tech, he has worked across all kinds of organisations and team structures - from public sector to private, from Devops at a software company to Infrastructure in fintech and everything in between.
He was drawn towards the MSP life because of the wealth and variety of problems to solve, and the exposure to more and better technologies.
As an Automation Engineer, he spends his time poring over obscure API documentation and working with the technical team to build tooling, processes and platforms that grant us more capabilities which means we can spend more time on providing real value to our customers and less time on busywork.
Dan is a new father so spends his spare time napping as much as possible but when he is awake his hobbies are combat sports, cooking and music.
