Our B Corp Journey

Building a Business That Works for Everyone

We believe businesses should deliver more than profit. That's not a tagline. It shaped how we hired our first team members, how we choose our suppliers, and why we decided to pursue B Corp certification.

B Corp is a global certification that holds businesses to measurable standards across social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. It's there to verify that a business is genuinely good, not just commercially.

We're working towards that certification now. We're sharing the process openly because we think accountability without transparency isn't worth much.

How We’re Embedding This Across Our Business

We're not running B Corp as a side project. It's built into how we operate.

Governance & Accountability

We've strengthened how decisions are made at the top. The Senior Leadership Team has clear ownership of what we've committed to, with structured reporting built in to make sure we follow through.

Our People

We're developing a JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) action plan. We want to build a workplace where people progress, not just stay. Wellbeing is tracked and discussed at leadership level.

Human Rights & Ethics

We've formalised our human rights position, aligned with internationally recognised frameworks. That covers how we treat our own team and the standards we hold our suppliers and partners to.

How We Serve Our Customers

B Corp has made us sharper about what responsible service delivery seriously looks like. Transparency matters more than it did. So does focusing on what serves clients long-term, not what's convenient in the short term.

Community and Wider Impact

We run apprenticeships and work with local suppliers. People we know, not vendors who passed a checklist.

Measuring progress

We use the B Impact framework to track where we stand and identify what needs to improve. We review this annually.

Where We Are on the B Corp Journey

2024 - Commitment

We made the formal decision to pursue B Corp certification. That meant accepting we'd find gaps in how we were operating and committing to close them.

2025 - Assessment and foundations

We completed an initial assessment using the B Impact framework. Policies that existed informally were formalised. Governance and people practices were restructured.

2026 - Embedding

This is where we are now. The policies exist. The work now is making sure they're lived. That means real training, real accountability, and being honest when things aren't working.

Towards certification

We're building towards formal certification. When we get there, we'll publish what our score was and what it took to achieve it.

Why This Matters to Us

B Corp isn't a campaign or a certificate to frame on the wall. It's a way of deciding, every year, whether you're still the kind of business you set out to be.

For Inflection Point, that question runs alongside everything else we do: are we helping the organisations we work with do more good? We think the answer has to be yes to both.
