Our Commitment to Human Rights

At Inflection Point, doing the right thing isn't something we put in a document and revisit once a year. It runs through how we hire, how we work with suppliers, and how we show up for the communities we're part of.

We take human rights seriously across everything we're involved in. That means treating people with dignity, keeping our workplace free from harassment and discrimination, and making sure nobody in our business or supply chain is ever exploited.

The Standards We Work To

Our approach draws on internationally recognised frameworks: the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), and the ILO's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. Not just reference points for audits. The actual baseline.

In Practice

Fair pay and reasonable working hours. A workplace where people can raise concerns without worrying about what happens next. No forced labour, no child labour, no exploitation anywhere in our supply chain. Equal opportunity built in, not bolted on. And suppliers and partners who take this as seriously as we do.

It's Ongoing

We review our policies regularly and listen to feedback from our people. We won't always get everything right, and that's honest. What matters is that we keep improving.

Who's Responsible

Our Senior Leadership Team owns this. They make sure it shows up in how we operate, not just what we say.
