Inflection Point has been recognised at the latest Growth Collective event for a strong quarter of progress. A look at the last 90 days, and a thank you to Iain and the team.
We've got some good news. At the latest Growth Collective event, Inflection Point was recognised for a strong quarter, and we're really pleased about it.
For anyone who hasn't come across it, the Growth Collective is a group of business leaders who meet regularly to help each other grow. Everyone shares where they're up to, talks honestly about what's hard, and commits to what they'll get done before the next meeting. The people in that room know the difference between a good story and real progress, so recognition there is worth having.
It's been a busy 90 days. We've won several new clients, which we're chuffed about. We've also brought in new people and put real work into the systems we run day to day, so we can keep looking after everyone properly as we grow.
That second part matters to us as much as the new logos do. It's easy for a growing IT company to take on more than it can handle and let its service slip. We'd rather grow in a way our clients never feel the strain of, and a good chunk of this quarter went into exactly that.
There's a nice fit between the Collective and how we already work, too. We run in 90-day cycles internally, set a few clear priorities each quarter, and check honestly whether we hit them before starting the next lot. Being held to that by a room of other leaders, and coming out of it well, is the kind of feedback we actually value.
A big well done to Iain Godding and the whole team. Iain started Inflection Point in 2010 and has more than 25 years in IT behind him, but this was a team effort, right down to the people who kept things running well while we got busier.
We're proud of the quarter, and already focused on making the next one better. Thank you to the Growth Collective for the recognition, and to our clients for making the work worth doing.
