Novia Global operates an offshore investment platform for financial advisers. When they parted with their parent company in 2021, they needed to source new suppliers including support for their IT infrastructure.

Finding the right supplier

"Novia Financial had been a shareholder in Novia Global, and as part of our arrangement we sourced our IT support to them. However, following their acquisition by a private equity firm, the arrangement was terminated by mutual agreement. One of the consequences was that we needed to source our own suppliers, starting with IT."
