As our MD he brings this enterprise-grade IT expertise to SMEs in the South West in a way that’s accessible, scalable, and commercially valuable. A champion of innovation, he’s at the forefront of applying AI and automation to help clients streamline operations, improve decision-making, and unlock new value. Iain has built a culture that prioritises innovation, service excellence, and long-term client partnerships, helping businesses of all sizes achieve more with technology. Outside work, Iain advises growing businesses as a board member and non-executive director.

Emma brings over 25 years’ experience across the IT industry, with a career spanning first‑line technical support, customer service, sales, account management, and senior leadership. She has built teams and operational processes from the ground up, with her work recognised nationally by a leading global technology organisation. Emma is known for bringing structure, clarity and a strong people‑first approach to everything she does. At Inflection Point, Emma is Operations Director and EOS Integrator, with responsibility across finance, HR, compliance, and business optimisation. Her remit includes ISO 27001, B Corp progression, and coaching teams through the EOS framework to help turn vision into reality. She thrives on solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and doing the right thing for people, customers and the environment. Outside of work, Emma is a former Brown Belt kickboxer, enjoys horse riding when time allows, and can often be found walking her golden lab, Prince, or spending time with her daughter.
